Gold Thread Mushrooms

These mushrooms look like noodles but in fact they are long mushrooms they taste just like a mushroom and are mild in flavor and pair well with other green onion, stir fry, mushroom medley and salads. 

Description/Taste

Golden Thread mushrooms are long and thin, growing 2 to 5 centimeters in length. They have a yellowish-orange hue, and the club-like caps are undistinguished from the thin stems. They have a soft texture, with an earthy aroma and a mild, slightly sweet and nutty flavor.
